When you go to look for an attorney, you choose from many options. Our clients work with us because they know we provide:

  • Personalized service that pays attention to your wants and needs
  • Experienced legal representation
  • A track record of success maximizing settlements
  • Attorneys who come to you when you have limited mobility
  • Service with no upfront costs

We aren't like most personal injury law firms that take on any and all cases and settle them quickly for whatever the insurance company is willing to pay. We take on only the most serious injury cases and accidents involving wrongful death. To these cases, we dedicate our hearts, our souls and the full legal resources of the firm.

At the Law Offices of L. T. Baker, P.A., you won't see our faces on television ads or billboards. Nor will you receive a letter of solicitation from our firm if you have been injured in an accident. We believe that is an invasion of your privacy and dignity.

While you won't see us in advertisements, you will see us in the courtroom. Many attorneys have stopped using the term trial lawyer. Instead, they are negotiators who send out demand letters and wait for the insurance company to make an offer. We think this approach puts the insurance company in the driver's seat. They know the other side will do almost anything to avoid a trial.

Commitment To Community

Our goal is to keep the community safe by holding careless people accountable when they violate safety rules and injure others. When the other side has been especially egregious, the court may award us an attorney fee to be paid by the defendant. When we receive an attorney fee, we don't keep it. Instead, we donate it to the school system where the case is pending.

Call For A Free Case Evaluation

From our office in Concord, we represent clients throughout western North Carolina. We offer a free initial consultation to evaluate your case. If we accept your case, we will handle it on a contingency fee basis. Our fee will be a percentage of the award we recover from the insurance company on the other side.
